Adword campaigns are fast, effective and measurable.
Adwords is an ideal medium for most online business or companies with an
internet site - they only pay when a potential customer arrives at their
website. The advert is targeted around a set of key words that potential
customers would associate with the service or product that the company is
offering, so there is no wasted budget. The budget can be turned on or off
as per the wishes of the client and the client will only ever spend the
amount of budget that they have set - never any more.
The adverts can also be targeted at a geographical level, 50 miles around
the business for example, so you only get enquiries from potential customers
that you can actually deal with. For example if you are a builder based in
the South of England your adverts would only show within a 50 mile radius of
your town/county - there would be little point advertising to people in Scotland
if you had no intention of travelling that far North to do a job!
The campaigns generally are limited by time period - I.E running for 1 month
to ensure the budget is spent during that period, or the campaign can be set
up at a lower level to allow the budget to naturally finish depending on the
amount of demand in that area.
